Senior Business Analyst — Contract Draft Creation (Salesforce/C3) - (NPW)

Role Summary 

Lead requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation for contract generation in C3/Salesforce, partnering closely with the Lead Developer and Architect to define the future-state template/merge approach and approval workflows, and to support pilot execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Elicit and document business requirements (data fields, clauses, variants, approval paths), non-functional needs (auditability, performance), and constraints. 
• Produce functional specs, mapping catalogs, process flows (as-is/to-be), and acceptance criteria; maintain single source of truth in Confluence/JIRA. 
• Facilitate workshops with Legal, Procurement, and Business Owners to inventory templates/clauses and agree on canonical templates and field mappings. 
• Support UAT: create test scenarios, data sets, and traceability to requirements; log defects and drive resolution with engineering. 
• Partner with Architect/Lead Developer to assess fit/gap and recommend quick wins for rollout; contribute to governance (versioning, change control). 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Prior experience with C3 is necessary. 
• Strong requirements & process documentation (user stories, BPMN, data dictionaries), stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. 
• Working knowledge of Salesforce/C3 contract generation concepts (merge fields, clause libraries, approval rules) and enterprise audit/compliance expectations. 
• Experience in UAT planning/execution, traceability, and defect triage; familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence). 

Preferred / Nice-to-Have 

• Background in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industries; understanding of audit protocols and data readiness. 
• Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and release management practices. 

Experience: 7 + years as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, including 3+ years with Salesforce/C3 or CLM-style contract generation
