Descripción

Student of BS degree in Electronic, Cybernetic, Mechatronic or Computing Engineering, with knowledge theoretical and practical in 
electrical/electronical circuits, and basic programming knowledge.
Skyworks Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Engineer with Semiconductor or Electronics Engineering background, for product development, yield improvement, root cause analysis for semiconductor products.  Candidates should enjoy analysis and work in an environment where personal ownership and initiative in seeking outside-the-box solutions is fostered. 

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production lots data using statistical software and review results in collaboration with product owners.

• Create reports of production lots on hold

• Creation of Final Test Specifications including limits relaxation, new test coverage, tests removal, etc.

• Support maintenance team / production to solve issues related to failure modes generating yield loss. 

• Improve first pass yield and final yield of a product

• Lead the presentation of test data results into specialized board review meetings, been able to explain evaluations results for project feasibility.

• Create weekly reports detailing the causes of production lots on hold and the actions taken to prevent them.

• Calculate failure rates and statistical limits (Maverick) based on production historical data.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams such as design, process, test and reliability to help on the execution of multiple activities.

 

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

• At least ~1-2 years experience in semiconductor industry.

• 85% conversational English proficiency is needed*.

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Experience with data analysis tools is preferred.

• Proven ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Fluent in spanish and english*
