- Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical escalation point for production issues and platform design decisions.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to platform roadmaps, technical standards, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard services onto the integration platforms.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience designing and leading high-scale, high-availability backend/API systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, release, and deployment automation.
- Deep production operations expertise, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting distributed systems, particularly APIs, messaging/event-driven architectures, and integration workflows.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized platforms, preferably AKS and MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF).
- Strong observability and monitoring experience using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
- Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) with a strong understanding of DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
