About the Role

Champion & Nash is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Houston, TX. In this full-time role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and residential plumbing systems that support water distribution and wastewater removal. You’ll report directly to the Service Manager and represent Champion & Nash as a trusted, professional presence in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential homes

• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and maintenance services

• Complete repairs, replacements, and new installations as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings and recommend solutions

• Help customers make informed decisions to maintain and protect their plumbing systems

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, ideally in residential service work

• Valid driver’s license 

• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software

• A customer-first attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing in the trade

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Prioritize safety at all times and follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, hear, and speak clearly

• Must be able to climb ladders, navigate tight crawl spaces, and work in varying temperatures

• Ability to routinely lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs

• Work will include indoor and outdoor environments throughout all seasons
