Job Description

Main Objective:

Facilitate the daily operations of the “Directors and departments” by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment. The position will be working for 2 departments.

What challenges will you have?

1. Manage and coordinate the Management’s schedule
2. Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team.
3. Receive and direct commercial and business visits that take place in the area.
4. Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
5. Ensure full compliance with the organization’s process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements.
6. Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions.
7. Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant.
8. May potentially take part in internal committees, such as the Diversity Committee and others, if needed.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5- 7 years of related experience
• Advance English Level is required (C1-C2)
• Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 years
