About the role:

Hachette Australia is seeking an Online and Digital Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Senior National and Online Accounts Manager and our national online retailers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about data and analytics, sales, and books, and who is keen to develop in the Sales field. It is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney.

About you:

Online and Digital Sales Coordinator will report to the Senior National and Online Accounts Manager and will provide administrative support for the management of our national online customers while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our customers

and teams across Hachette, including our distribution partner ADS, to deliver best-in-class service to our customers and support the success of our books and customers. The role will suit a highly organised individual with excellent communication and prioritisation skills, along with being data-driven and having an innate knack for analytics and reporting. Candidates will need to demonstrate high proficiency in Excel, robust administration skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects with an unwavering eye for detail. Proficiency with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite is favourable but not essential. And of course – you must love reading
