Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML & Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic and multimodal AI systems, and end-to-end MLOps pipelines, along with strong cloud and Kubernetes deployment experience. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to mentor engineers while delivering scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

AI/ML & GenAI Solution Development

Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions using:

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain

Strong experience developing agentic AI systems and multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio) for use cases such as:

Customer engagement and conversational AI

Solid understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and inference optimization.

MLOps & Cloud Deployment

Strong hands-on experience building end-to-end MLOps pipelines using:

MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow

CI/CD tools for model training, validation, and deployment

Proven experience deploying scalable AI/ML services on:

AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes platforms

Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (Pulumi is a plus).
