We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems within a cloud-based environment. The role involves implementing new features, optimizing existing services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance features in backend systems using Java.
• Refactor and optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code in an agile development environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, frontend, and operations teams.
• Support product rollouts, deployments, and ensure backend stability for global business applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of REST or SOAP-based service-oriented architectures.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, and other version control/build tools.
• Python knowledge is an added advantage.

Good-to-Have:

• Familiarity with e-commerce, supply chain, or order management systems.
