About the opportunity
Join our high-performing Group Planning, Performance & Systems team, where you’ll deliver strategic, commercial, and financial insights to support the Group CFO and Deputy CFO in shaping key business decisions.
We’re seeking someone with strong financial and commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills (financial modelling experience is a plus but not essential), and excellent communication abilities. What you’ll deliver with us
- Support the Group’s annual planning process
- Coordinate the Group’s annual planning process, including preparing the annual budget, 4-year Corporate Plan, and quarterly forecasts
- Provide reporting to the Board, Leadership Team, and Shareholder departments to ensure transparency and alignment
- Drive financial modelling excellence
- Support P&L scenario modelling using the Enterprise Corporate Model
- Deliver cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, along with depreciation modelling to ensure accurate financial planning
- Enable transformation
- Drive process improvements by contributing to the implementation of a new cloud-based forecasting tool, a key milestone in our Finance Transformation program
- Provide financial analysis and help tell the story
- Deliver timely, accurate financial analysis and insights that clearly communicate the narrative behind the numbers to support informed business decisions
About you
You bring strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to sift and interpret data from diverse sources and translate it into clear, actionable insights. You can identify and articulate key business drivers while delivering accurate, concise financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
You’ll also need
- Minimum 3-4 years of finance experience, ideally with a background in professional services and/or, in FP&A or finance business partnering roles
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) and relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated high-level financial, analytical, and commercial/financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Advanced financial modelling skills is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including working with large data sets, and knowledge of the use of TM1 and SAP (but not essential)
