Position Overview
- Job Title: HVAC Technicia
- Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
- Complete warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
- Follow safety standards and meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate service documentation and complete work efficiently

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification\
- State HVAC license (or ability to obtain within the probation period)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
- Familiarity with systems such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV
- OSHA 10 certification or higher
- OEM certifications (manufacturer-specific training a plus)
