Description
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decision-making. This role focuses heavily on performance measurement, reporting, and insights across all digital marketing channels to optimize ROI and growth.
Requirements
- Collect and analyze data from SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, website analytics, CRM platforms, and sales channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports
- Track and evaluate KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CTR, engagement, and ROI
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
- Support forecasting, goal setting, and campaign evaluation
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Development teams to optimize campaigns and website marketing performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance analysis
- Experience with SEO, digital advertising, and attribution modeling preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and ad platforms
- Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
