About Vcheck
Vcheck is a human-led, technology-enabled due diligence background check firm, annually conducting over 18,000 international investigations. We specialize in risk-based assessments for lending, investments, KYC, vendor onboarding, M&A, IPOs, executive placements, and overall third-party portfolio risk. Our hybrid approach delivers the financial and reputational intelligence needed for confident decision-making.
Founded in 2012 and based in New York City, Vcheck has experienced rapid growth, industry recognition, and five consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list.
About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the engine driving Vcheck’s market growth. You aren't just managing a brand; you are building the machine that connects our investigative platform to the world's most sophisticated Private Equity, VC, and Legal firms. We are looking for a scrappy, high-output strategist who can pivot from 30,000-foot positioning to the tactical execution of a multi-channel campaign in the same afternoon.
In this role, you will own the "how" and the "why" of our market presence. You’ll be responsible for taking complex, high-stakes investigative services and turning them into a narrative that wins. You are a product marketing generalist who is comfortable operating without a massive agency at your back—someone who can build the deck, write the copy, analyze the data, and lead the launch.
What you'll be doing
- Agile GTM Execution: Own the full-funnel launch of new services and features. You’ll define the strategy, but you’ll also build the assets, set up the campaigns, and ensure Sales is armed to win on day one.
- Content & Narrative Creation: You are our lead storyteller. You will produce high-conversion content—from ROI-driven white papers to sleek sales decks—that makes our investigative capabilities accessible to C-suite buyers.
- Sales "Strike Team" Support: Act as the dedicated partner to the revenue team. You’ll build the battle cards and pitch scripts that help our team win against competitors in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Persona Mastery: Become the "voice of the buyer." You’ll dive deep into the worlds of PE and VC to understand what keeps them up at night, using those insights to refine our messaging and influence the product roadmap.
- Hands-On Demand Gen: Partner with Sales to experiment with targeted outreach, webinars, and digital campaigns. You’ll use a data-driven approach to see what’s working and double down on the high-growth channels.
- Market Intelligence: Be the eyes and ears of the industry. You’ll monitor competitors and regulatory shifts (KYC, AML, etc.) to ensure Vcheck is always two steps ahead in the market.
About you
Key requirements:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about joining a diverse team and is driven to achieve results through ownership, process optimization, and upstanding character. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement listed.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a dual Product/Growth Marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Risk/Legal Tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- High-Velocity Builder: Proven track record of launching products and managing GTM lifecycles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Persuasive Storytelling: Exceptional writing and design sensibilities; you can translate technical investigative work into ROI-driven value propositions.
- Resourceful & Scrappy: You know how to get things done with the tools at hand and can navigate ambiguity to find the best path forward.
- Technical Curiosity: You enjoy learning the "how" behind our investigative services to better explain the "why" to our clients.
- Analytical Edge: You are comfortable with data—tracking MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact to prove the value of your work.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to work seamlessly with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align everyone around the marketing mission.
