Job Description
Summary:
The Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, managing sales documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on enabling the sales team to achieve targets efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of products and services in the automotive aftermarket segment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and product availability.
- Support preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for management.
- Liaise with distributors, workshops, and retailers to address queries and resolve issues.
- Help organize product promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across sales operations.
- Prior experience in a sales support or coordination role within automotive car care, bodyshop, or aftermarket accessories/spare parts industry preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of automotive products, workshops, and distribution channels is an advantage.
Travel Requirements: (Percentage of travel expected)

Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Having 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the Automotive industry & understanding of automotive car care, bodyshop, or aftermarket accessories/spare parts industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skills:
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
