Repair Centre Manager & Production Manager

We’re seeking motivated leaders to join our AMA Collision sites across Melbourne. Reporting to the State Area Manager, these roles play a critical part in driving operational excellence, team performance, and a positive, high-performing culture.

The Roles

Repair Centre Manager

As Repair Centre Manager, you will have overall responsibility for site performance, leading both people and operations to deliver outstanding results. You’ll focus on strategic oversight, customer outcomes, safety, and developing high-performing teams.

Production Manager

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production workflow, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead the production team, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement on the workshop floor.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in the automotive industry.
• Relevant trade qualification (Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.
