About the role and you
The Melbourne Mavericks are looking for a Team Operations Coordinator who will primarily look after the day-to-day operation of the High-Performance team. The primary focus will be to manage all logistics and administration for the High-Performance department.
The main duties include:
- Manage the daily training environment as well as logistics for Home and Away Games.
- Work with the High-Performance Manager to deliver all operational requirements of the program.
- Closely work with the players and staff to ensure efficient logistical operations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Sports Management Degree (or working towards) OR previous experience in Team Operations in a High-Performance environment.
- High attention to detail, organisational skills and time management.
