Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate: Work closely with development teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure cohesive project execution and integration
• Execute: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery
• Strategize: Influence product strategies and advocate for the integration of forward-thinking solutions
• Optimize: Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate: Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, with significant experience in both delivery and R&D project management
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies
• Education: Academic background in computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar technical discipline
• Cultural Awareness: Experience working with American teams and the ability to accommodate late working hours to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
