Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to perform quality assurance reviews on transaction monitoring alerts and investigations. The role ensures adherence to internal procedures, regulatory expectations, and global AML standards across all jurisdictions where the company operates.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews on transaction monitoring alerts and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and internal standards.

• Validate the accuracy of alert dispositioning, escalation decisions, and documentation quality.

• Ensure case narratives, evidence, and conclusions are complete, logical, and aligned with established procedures.

• Identify trends, common errors, and areas requiring improvement across the transaction monitoring lifecycle.

• Prepare and present periodic QA reports summarizing findings and recommended improvements.

• Work collaboratively with AML, Transaction Monitoring, and Compliance teams to address identified gaps.

• Support the enhancement of QA methodology, training materials, checklists, tools configuration and SOPs.

• Conduct QA for cases originating from multiple regions and business segments, ensuring consistent global standards.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in transaction monitoring quality assurance, AML investigations within fintech, payments, or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of AML frameworks, red-flag typologies, sanctions screening, regulatory expectations.

• Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and attention to detail.

•  Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.

• Prior experience with stablecoin-related investigations is beneficial, though not required.
