Risk Analyst-SUPPORT SERVICES-Risk Analytics

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business lines. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing our overall risk framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

• 3 to 6 years of experience working with Risk management and data analytics
• Should have past experiences working in Fintech’s, Banks, NBFC’s directly or through providing consultancy services 
• Advance working knowledge in Excel, SAS, SQL etc. strong knowledge of Python 
• Understanding of unsecured products like credit cards, consumer finance products
• Knowledge of decision tree, supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team
• Ability to guide and mentor juniors
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education\Qualification 

• Masters or Bachelors (Engineering) degree with mathematical/ statistical/economics background
