As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business lines. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing our overall risk framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential risks across business units.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align risk management strategies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and modeling.
