DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining and repairing of heat ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment like log book, daily check list update and PPM activity of equipment.

• Core understanding of determining causes of malfunctions and correcting them properly.

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

• Exceptional knowledge of providing technical assistant with the design and implementation of HVAC systems.

• Strong background in reading and interpreting instructions and safety procedures associated with HVAC processes.

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

• Performing regular maintenance like cleaning and maintaining the chiller and AHU.

• Proven ability to read schematics and work plans.

• Absolute understanding of local building.

• Knowledge of basic and advanced building components in relation to HVAC systems.

• Solid knowledge of using hand and power tools.

• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

• Well-versed in installing and repairing pumps, motors, fan coils and piping.

• Co-ordinate with vendor for chiller AMC activity.

• Great ability to determine whether a part of a system or the system in whole can be repaired or will need to be replaced.

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

•  Knowledge and ability to perform preventative and general maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.

• Deep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available

• Assisting with customers' queries.
