Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior member of the Tullamore Site Leadership Team, providing strategic HR leadership and expert counsel across factory and retail operations, aligning people priorities with business goals.
  • Lead all aspects of employee relations with professionalism and integrity, ensuring fair, consistent, and commercially sound management of complex grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop great people.
  • Oversee the site’s training and development function, ensuring learning initiatives and succession planning are aligned to business needs and enable teams and future leaders to thrive.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health & safety, and HR policies in both ROI and NI.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to design and deliver engagement, wellbeing, and cultural programmes that strengthen Sofina Foods’ reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide strategic insights through data-driven HR reporting, translating people metrics into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
  • Oversee the site’s training and development function, ensuring learning initiatives and succession planning are aligned to business needs and enable teams and future leaders to thrive.
