Summary of Role As our On-Site IT Support Specialist, you are the face of technology at Execo. You aren't just a helpdesk ticket resolver; you are the person who ensures our team stays connected and productive. You will be the primary support for our two most critical tools: Google Workspace and ChromeOS. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will manage the user lifecycle, maintain our hardware fleet, and help colleagues navigate a seamless, cloud-first environment. You don't need decades of experience, just a sharp mind and a passion for helping people work efficiently. Your Impact & What You'll Do
  • Own the Onboarding Experience : You will execute the daily "onboarding and offboarding" process, creating Google Workspace accounts, setting up email aliases, and managing permissions to ensure every new hire starts on Day 1 with zero friction.
  • Manage the Cloud Fleet : You will handle the enrollment and configuration of our ChromeOS devices, ensuring every laptop is "work-ready," secure, and perfectly synced for our team.
  • Be the "Google Guru" : You will act as the first point of contact for core service issues—troubleshooting Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Calendar—and assisting with security protocols like password resets and 2-Step Verification (2SV).
  • Guardian of the Gear : You will maintain an accurate, real-time log of all ChromeOS hardware and peripherals, ensuring our equipment locker is organized and every asset is accounted for.
  • Empower Through Knowledge : You won't just fix problems; you'll prevent them. You will draft simple "How-To" guides to help employees troubleshoot common issues independently.
  • Ensure Seamless Connectivity : You will conduct regular checks on conference room setups (Chromebox for Meetings) to ensure our hybrid calls run without a hitch.
