Responsibilities:
- As the business partner of our Southeast Asian entities at the regional hub, assist in handling human resources management matters, providing professional support and advice, including personnel management and talent development.
- Follow up on due diligence work related to routine human resources matters (including appointments, promotions, performance appraisals, salary review, etc.) for Southeast Asian entities.
- Coordinate the staff transfer between the Group and the Southeast Asian entities.
- Provide professional advice on the Group's Southeast Asian regional human resources management policies and regulations, and formulate or revise relevant policies and regulations as needed.
- Participate in assigned HR projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage.
- 5 years’ experience in human Resources / relationship management, with solid HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly or irregularly to Southeast Asian entities.
