Job Description

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport, where we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Administration Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Manager of Engineering Support Systems by delivering high-quality administrative support. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance documentation is accurately scanned, filed, and stored, provide general administrative assistance, and respond to compliance queries as needed. You’ll generate and produce timely operational performance reports, while also identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. If you bring strong administration experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact. Please note this is a 24 month fixed term contract.

You’ll have –

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in compliance documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality standards
