In this Hands-On Coder/ Software Architect role, you’ll architect, design and implement subsystems, ensure systems are robust, scalable, and performance-driven. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture both functional and non-functional requirements, and translate requirements into innovative, cloud-native solutions.
You'll execute POCs, identify technologies to boost product capabilities and design integrated software systems with a focus on compatibility and high performance. You'll contribute to design reviews, assess risks, validate technical choices, throughout the development lifecycle. Your guidance will empower development teams through mentorship and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Contribute to architecture and design in early product phases, translating requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Be a strong, hands-on coding an trouble shooting expert, guide/work with the team everyday
- Implement Features, Review, Automate Tests, Adhere to Standards and DoD
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver against functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product needs.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent degree) with minimum 8+ years software development and 4+ years in solution design
- Proven hands-on expertise in system architecture, cloud-native design, and microservices development using Linux, Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience in Data Architecture and tools like HELM, Minikube, Swagger
- Skilled in automation and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and monitoring/logging solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack
- Strong track record of coaching engineers in agile environments and driving end-to-end technical excellence across complex, scalable systems
It would be nice if you also had:
- Hands-on experience in installing and integrating products in complex, multi-vendor environments
