Financial Controller

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and financial controls. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll oversight, and cash flow monitoring, while supporting management with financial insights.

What You’ll Do

• Own the company’s accounting and financial data accuracy end to end
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
• Prepare and present financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage cash flow forecasting, bank oversight, and budget control
• Support audits and work with external accountants
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, social security) with advisors
• Oversee payroll and employee expenses with external providers
• Analyze profitability, costs, and cash burn

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a valid CPA license
• Big 4 graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS and US GAAP
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, SOX, and financial reporting standards
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to financial accuracy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
