What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Sharp litigation skills and confidence in handling complex cases.
• A deep understanding of employment rights and tribunal processes.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• A passion for justice and commitment to advancing workplace fairness.
