Here’s what your journey could look like:
Execute retention strategy focused on improving user activation, satisfaction, and long-term subscription retention.
Manage engaging email campaigns across different user journey stages (onboarding, re-activation, churn prevention).
Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points, missed opportunities and improvement areas.
Create, manage and optimize automated flows that help onboard, educate, support and re-engage users.
Work closely with product, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation of improvements.
Build segmentation strategies based on user behaviour, product usage and subscription patterns.
Conduct ongoing performance analysis of email and sms channels and use insights to shape the future roadmap.
Continuously optimize email/SMS content, timing and settings to improve engagement and subscription retention metrics.
Demonstrate strong understanding of subscription business specifics, user psychology, and conversion-oriented communication principles.
Experiment with new formats, A/B tests and ideas to improve retention rate and bring churned users back.
Take full ownership of communication initiatives from idea to execution and tracking.
Your part in the bigger picture:
Proven hands-on experience in email, retention or lifecycle marketing.
Experience working with any ESP (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Iterable, SendGrid or other).
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with user data.Deep understanding of the user journey - from acquisition to product usage, inactivity and cancellation.
Ability to recognize psychological triggers and create communication that motivates users to return or stay engaged.
Tech-savvy mindset and ability to define IT/CRM requirements needed for retention improvements.
Ownership attitude - from idea to setup, launch and performance evaluation.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and long-term value.
Proactiveness and willingness to test, learn, and find new ways to improve retention rate.

From 2,700 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
