Warehouse Manager

Description

• Motivates self and others to accomplish objectives.
• Must demonstrate good follow-up and multitasking skills
• Evaluates the effectiveness of and recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of the product.
• Develop supervisor leadership through mentoring, coaching and training.
• Carries out responsibilities and duties in accordance with the organizations' policies procedures.
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with department heads.
• Responsible for 3 shifts, 24 hours 7 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of warehouse experience
•  Must have prior experience in a large-scale warehouse environment with a workforce of 350 or more employees. 
• Possess great computer skills
• Requires attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem- solving ability
• Ability to work with others
