POSITION OVERVIEW:

-Assist Industrial Manager to support production by smooth process aspect.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for the process development and design of new products (traction motors, auxiliary motors, permanent magnet motors, etc.)

-Prepare, update working instruction and technical documents;

-Relative BOM preparation and update;

-Tooling preparation, include drawing preparation, communication with supplier, maintenance support, fixed assets requisition;

-Analyze the cause and give solutions for any technical problems occurred in workshop; Assist relevant Departments to handle problems; Make decision for Non-conformity parts from manufacturing process, and deliver solutions;

-Selection and set up for process parameters of some equipment. (Oil press, balance machine and test bench program);

-Responsible for continuous improvement work in the factory, including production process optimization, tooling improvement, etc.

SKILLS & EDUCATION:

-Bachelor’s degree with major mechanical or relevant;

-Skilled in using CAD and other drawing software;

-Fluent in written and oral English.
