Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Delivery:
- Engage with functional teams to understand workflows, pain points, and manual processes.
- Identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable efficiency and ROI.
- Take full accountability for automation delivery—own timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build end-to-end workflows using Power Automate Cloud & Desktop.
- Integrate Python scripts for data processing, API calls, and custom logic.
- Develop Agentic Automations using Power Automate and Copilot, incorporating AI-driven orchestration and LLM-based decision-making.
- Validate outputs with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Connect automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

- Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and train end-users.
- Collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Promote adoption of automation tools and foster a data-driven culture.
- Stay current with AI and automation technologies and recommend enhancements.
- 4–7 years of experience in automation development with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Python.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Agentic Automations, LLM-based workflows, and AI-driven orchestration.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and conversational AI (Power Virtual Agents).
- Knowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for custom integrations.
