This internship offers real operational exposure rather than purely administrative work. You will play a meaningful role in supporting both people operations and office operations while learning how HR functions in a scaling SaaS company.

We’re looking for a HR Intern to support our People Team with day-to-day HR operations and office enablement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and office operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
As a HR Intern at StoreHub, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the wider People Team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, a great candidate and employee experience, and a well-run office environment.This internship offers real operational exposure rather than purely administrative work. You will play a meaningful role in supporting both people operations and office operations while learning how HR functions in a scaling SaaS company.
How you will need to be:
- Support recruitment operations by coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of tools, scheduling, and coordination with relevant HR stakeholders.
- Work closely with the People Team to ensure new joiners are well set up and supported from day one.
- Provide general HR and office operations support to ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly.
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings, team sessions, and company-wide events.
- Support basic vendor and logistics coordination related to office operations when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure HR and operational data are kept up to date.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks with attention to detail, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Be proactive in identifying gaps, improving processes, and supporting the team where help is needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a related field.
- A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to handle information with discretion and professionalism.
