JOB TITLE: Senior Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter at Argano play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Senior Recruiter also contributes to the development and enhancement of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities:
- · Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in recruitment.
- Establish benchmarking standards for the talent acquisition team and continuously monitor and optimize recruitment metrics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies, including the management of online presence and candidate engagement, to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation.
Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree desirable or equivalent in years of experience
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.
- previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on industry or specific skill sets

- Advanced Sourcing: Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
- Interviewing Skills: Ability to assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Ability to provide insights on talent market conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes.
- Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to align recruitment efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
- Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand. Act as an ambassador for the organization in the external talent market.
