As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers in the agricultural sector, specifically those seeking financing for tractor and farm equipment purchases. Your role will involve understanding their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of the TFE business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and market research.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine their eligibility for tractor and farm equipment loans.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, highlighting the benefits and features of our financing options to customers.
- Negotiate and finalize loan terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide post-sales support and customer service, addressing any queries or concerns related to loan repayments and account management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers and the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, including loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of customers effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
