This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun off), 37.5 hours per week
- Act as the remote doorman for buildings to log package deliveries, let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area.
- Interact with vendors and visitors, providing top-notch customer service, while moving through each call quickly.
- Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high-volume production environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/call center environment (preferrably BPO).
- 4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST.
- Must have previous remote work experience
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent.
Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):
- 100mpbs or higher is REQUIRED. DSL with Fiber Internet Connection is Required. Must be able to pass an Internet Speed Test.
- Windows OS Processor with atleast 60GB free hard disk space
- Inter Core i3(6th-12th Gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent
- RAM: 8GB and up
- Operating System: Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
