Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vietnam is recruiting for a Business Development Manager – Aesthetics & Reconstruction Vietnam & Southeast Asia Customer Experience Lead.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Mentor Commercial Team for Vietnam and Southeast Asia with primary focus in Vietnam.

The role will be critical team member to work with sales team from strategic planning to execution on overall aspects of managing Mentor Vietnam franchise including distributor management, strategy planning, product management, marketing, professional educations, customer engagement and innovative projects to strengthen Mentor in breast augmentation and breast reconstruction surgery in Vietnam. In addition, the role will also lead initiatives to enhance customer experience for breast aesthetics & reconstruction health care professionals in Southeast Asia working with other markets to develop and implement strategy to elevate customer facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop brand plan for Mentor breast aesthetics & reconstruction portfolio with overall commercial and marketing strategy to grow and sustain Mentor business in Vietnam.
  • Develop launch plans for New Products & Focus Segments and potentially develop new segments.  
  • Identify key drivers and opportunities for product, procedures and market growth.
  • Acquire new product and category insights to collaborate commercial team to develop new customer segments.
  • Oversee local marketing plan & marketing initiatives, professional educations, commercial educations, communication material developments by working with cross functional teams, regional and global partners and execute through partnering with local distributor in Vietnam.
  • Partner with local distributors & their sales team to ensure brand/new product direction and strategy are aligned and executed as well as monitor key performance indicators.
  • Lead customer experience strategy and execution for breast aesthetics & reconstruction health care professionals in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Technology, MBA is an advantage.

Experience And Skills:

  • Sales and Marketing experience 7-10 years and above.
  • Understanding of marketing in highly regulated product category and complex environment is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English.

Other:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset & leadership qualities to manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques both off-line & online, familiarity with social media/ online applications
  • Passion for the marketing in aesthetics industry
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Passion for career development and regional exposure, ability to travel independently.
  • Experience in distributor management and aesthetic medical device products will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of financial KPIs and budget management.
