EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
We are looking for an experienced HR & Support Data Analyst to help build analytics for our people and support functions from the ground up. This role is focused on creating a strong data foundation, uncovering growth opportunities, and enabling HR and Support teams to make better, data-driven decisions through reliable metrics, experimentation, and clear insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Participation in building the analytics function for HR and Support domains from scratch, including metrics, processes, and reporting standards.
- Continuous identification of growth opportunities and generation of hypotheses aimed at improving key HR and Support metrics.
- Analysis of operational and process changes, with clear evaluation of the impact of new initiatives on performance and efficiency.
- Support for teams in adopting a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
- Contribution to the development and maintenance of the underlying data model for HR and Support analytics.
- Creation of dashboards and alerting systems to monitor key metrics and quickly identify deviations or anomalies.
- Development of analytical tools and establishment of core analytical processes, including experimentation, logging, and regular reporting.
- Active contribution to building a culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation within operational functions.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience working as a data analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong SQL skills and confident work with complex datasets.
- Practical experience with Python, including usage beyond the standard analytical stack.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of statistics and data interpretation principles.
- A strong inclination toward systematization, organization, and bringing order to complex data landscapes.
- Familiarity with ETL principles is considered a plus.
- Experience working with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
- Background in large technology companies is an additional benefit.
