The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract from February 2026. You will create memorable experiences for our guests by:

• Lead the Front Office team to ensure outstanding service and operational efficiency, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Drive operational excellence by optimising daily Front Office functions, from reservations to guest services.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for guests, from room readiness to service delivery.

About You:

• Have proven experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hotel Management, ideally within a high-end hospitality environment.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Be a natural problem-solver, able to address guest concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Be passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.
• Know about property management systems (PMS), reservation software (Mews knowledge desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and valid Food Safety certificate.
• Be flexible, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Have reliable transport to and from Yarra Valley.
