Mechanical Engineer – Water & Wastewater Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical and administrative aspects of mechanical engineering works related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Ensure project compliance with applicable mechanical standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, documentation, and progress updates as required.
• Supervise engineering teams to ensure quality execution of mechanical systems within scope and timeline.
• Review design drawings, mechanical layouts, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor installation activities, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve mechanical issues.
• Utilize engineering software for design, simulation, and analysis of mechanical systems.
• Support project managers in ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications And Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, codes, and technical standards for mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project supervision.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar mechanical tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
