Electrical Engineer – Water & Wastewater

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical and administrative responsibilities related to electrical systems in water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure adherence to applicable technical standards, regulatory guidelines, and project specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
• Review and verify design drawings, technical specifications, and electrical schematics.
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve electrical design and implementation issues.
• Utilize engineering software tools for system design, analysis, and reporting.
• Support project managers in ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in electrical systems relevant to water and wastewater facilities.

Requirements

Qualifications And Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in water and wastewater projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and regulations related to electrical systems in infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in team supervision and project coordination.
• Proficient in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
