Enterprise Risk Analyst
The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the identification, assessment, and management of enterprise-wide risks across business and technology initiatives, helping strengthen and sustain a strong risk culture. The salary range is $80-$90k. It is a hybrid role in the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise risk and control assessments for new and existing initiatives
- Strengthen and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework aligned to the Three Lines of Defense
- Contribute to ERM policies, governance, controls, and emerging risk practices
- Support development and execution of ERM roadmaps, including gap-closing plans and escalation protocols
- Track and report on risk metrics, key indicators, and ERM progress through dashboards and reporting tools
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc risk reports and provide analytical insights to support decision-making
- Promote risk awareness through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Math or Statistics
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related area
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and the Three Lines of Defense model
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory requirements (e.g., OSFI, Basel III, privacy legislation)
- Proficiency with risk tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite
