The Area Product Owner works with other APOs in order to define the features that will be delivered to Mobile Infrastructure customers in the coming releases and which department will do this implementation.

• Oep/Transformation Targets
• Location Plan/Strategydeliverables:
• Backlog for the deliverables in the scope of the Area
- FB/Sprint plan commitment
- Risk mitigation actions
- Release execution monitoring
- Release risk mitigation plan (cross-area impact)
- Program delay analysis
• Dod Declaration
He/She Also Has These Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the deliverables in the scope of the Area
- Ownership of backlog items and Area commitments within own Area to secure delivery of e2e integrated features in FOTs
- Responsible for planning Area HW needs
• Responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of the tests for the features owned by the Area
- Responsible for moving effort from placeholder items (FIT items) to real items in the backlog, when creating the real items to cover full feature effort at any time.
- Responsible for meeting DoD requirements at FB and Sprint exit reviews
- Follows that automation targets are met / improves automation ratio
Master degree in Engineering with at least 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry especially in Project Management. Mastery of RAN projects combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within this function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective. .
