Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to apply user-centered design methodologies, with an understanding of quality user experience (UX) and excellent core interaction design skills.
• Ability to articulate positions, and advocate designs with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent self-direction and the capacity to move fast while remaining thoughtful.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gain an understanding of the problem space, explore opportunities, and solve problems.
• Drive the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and meet the needs of our users.
• Develop conceptual models, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and leverage UX research to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
