What You'Ll Do

We are currently looking for someone, who will be responsible for maintaining and improving all mechanical supply and Energy systems (such as HVAC, plumbing, Process media systems, etc) throughout the facility, including creating and managing a comprehensive maintenance plans for critical assets, while selecting and applying the appropriate predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventive maintenance (PM) techniques.
Additionally, you will ensure that all maintenance and improvement activities are recorded in the CMMS (Maximo) and will track all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the mechanical systems.

You Will Be Responsible For:

•To coordinate technical and special safety initiatives as required for combustion system maintenance and wastewater system
•To be responsible for the Mechanical maintenance cost, including assist in preparing the budget
•To champion and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on unresolved issues as needed
•To assist project leaders, manufacturing engineers or maintenance personnel in modifications/improvement to equipment to eliminate root causes for failure, improve reliability and reduce overall operating cost
•To assist project leaders or manufacturing engineers on any new installation (capital project)
•To carry out any additional duties as and when required, which is not specified above

  •  What will you bring?
  • University degree in Civil, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • •Several years’ experience of Building Mechanical System (HVAC, Media Systems, etc) Maintenance & Operational Experience.
  • Several years’ experience in Maintenance and/or Facility management
  • Maintenance and Reliability Engineering experience is preferred
  • Predictive maintenance knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing facilities is preferred
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Conversational in English (written and spoken)

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from  2.000 EUR monthly gross.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
