What you will do
The Brand Manager - is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising and promotional plans, analyzing market trends and sales data, and overseeing brand strategy implementation. You will collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to enhance product positioning, forecast demand, and build key partnerships to drive market growth:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze competitive landscapes, consumer behavior data, sales, and financial reports including budget adherence, commercial policies, and pricing effectiveness to identify growth opportunities, optimize brand performance, and drive profitability.
- Lead category growth strategies with clear views on the portfolio sufficiency and collaborate with Product Development team on the Product + Commercial innovations.
- Lead the creation and execution of engaging digital campaigns, experiential marketing initiatives, and promotional plans that elevate brand awareness, consumer loyalty, and market presence.
- Champion sustainability and ethical considerations in brand messaging to align with evolving consumer values in the anti-aging segment.
- Lead extensive market research, test marketing activities, and systematic intelligence gathering to validate product concepts, identify and prioritize market opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Implement continuous improvements to expand the portfolio of new and existing products and programs, evaluating new ideas, products, and programs for feasibility and alignment with brand objectives.
- Enhance key customer relationships and strategic partnerships to increase competitive market share and actively participate in sales forecast reviews and demand forecasting for assigned product lines to support business planning.
- Monitor and adjust brand strategy implementation to ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably within healthcare, beauty, skincare, or anti-aging care sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute advertising and promotional strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in forecasting demand and contributing to sales planning processes.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams and external partners toward a unified brand vision.
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders.
