The Position

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities

  • Audits expense reports submitted with excellent quality (QA)
  • Communicates with supported affiliate employees in a professional manner when corrections or clarifications are required on expense report submissions.
  • Ensure Travel and Expense Policy is up to date and request additional SOP’s when required.
  • Communicate and collaborate proactively with various business partners and management to resolve issues and identify potential risk.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions.
  • Serve as T&E representative on large or cross-functional projects; lead small departmental projects or change initiatives with appropriate improvement requirements.
  • Ensures best practices are shared across team members.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Travel & Expense Policies, FGAR, relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Manuals (DTP), local guidelines.
  • Ensure SLA audit and compliance principles between RSS Operations Americas and affiliates are met.
  • Analyze current process to determine issues and work on potential process improvements.

Who You Are?

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of Audit or Risk Review processes.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.
  • Works well with others and follow through to execute all tasks to deliver on deadlines.
  • Language requirements: English and Spanish.  Portuguese is a plus
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

Experience Of

1+ years’ experience in an operational T&E, audit role or risk management

Experience with related T&E SAP systems, Concur and Oversight is highly desirable.
