As part of our North America Operating Unit (NAOU), you'll join a Marketing Team dedicated to growing and nurturing our brands by deeply connecting with consumers locally while scaling strategies globally.
What You'll Do for Us
As a Brand Manager for Fanta, you'll lead the charge in elevating brand growth and presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Align Strategy: Develop local brand strategies that align with broader company goals, driving profitable growth and managing Fanta’s P&L.
- Plan for Growth: Partner with NAOU category teams to create mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategies and annual brand plans leveraging local insights and consumer positioning.
- Collaborate Across Brands: Coordinate with other brand managers and teams to identify synergies across brands, ensuring consistent strategies and executions.
- Leverage Data: Analyze brand and program performance using KPIs; turn insights into actionable plans that contribute to business success.
- Integrate Technology: Use data, insights, and technology, including AI, to optimize processes, measure impact, and improve efficiency.
- Execute Flawlessly: Manage budgets and timelines, hitting milestones on time and on budget while ensuring program excellence.
- Inspire Stakeholders: Present the brand’s growth potential and strategy to bottlers, customers, and key stakeholders to drive commercial acceleration in priority markets and channels.
- Amplify Brand Impact: Collaborate with bottling partners to deliver high-quality implementation and amplification of brand programs to engage consumers and shoppers.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate powerful internal and external partnerships to boost brand market share and drive operational efficiency.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee financial, operational, and partner routines to ensure seamless brand management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Strategy, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in utilizing Nielsen/IRI data to craft actionable strategies from insights.
- Deep knowledge of marketing concepts like brand positioning, competitive analysis, consumer segmentation, and strategy development.
- Proven ability to work effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Consumer-first approach to developing long-term profitability and brand growth.
- Experience leveraging AI and technology to optimize workflows and enhance effectiveness.
- Strong creative and analytical evaluation skills for assessing strategy execution and consumer impact.
- Solid understanding of customer marketing strategies and market dynamics.
- Competence in project management, business operations, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and global contexts.
- Highly organized with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
