We are hiring for two related Senior Marketing Specialist roles in Japan. Candidates will be considered for either or both roles based on skills, experience, and interest:

About The Roles
Across both positions, you will help shape AVEVA’s market presence and drive measurable growth in Japan. You will plan and execute integrated marketing programs spanning brand, demand generation, and community/partner engagement, working closely with sales, partners, and regional/global marketing teams.
Role 1: Senior Marketing Specialist, Japan
- Develop and execute Japan’s integrated marketing plan aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Localize messaging and campaigns for the Japan market.
- Run digital and integrated campaigns (paid media, webinars, content syndication, events) to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Partner with sales and SDR/BDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
- Drive brand awareness, PR, and thought leadership; amplify global content locally.
- Manage ABM programs, customer advocacy, and local user/developer community activities.
- Track KPIs and optimize programs based on performance data and market insights.
- Role 2: Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, Japan
- Partner with sales and SDR/BDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
- Drive brand awareness, PR, and thought leadership; amplify global content locally.

- Role 2: Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, Japan
- Build and execute a partner marketing strategy for Japan, aligned with channel and industry priorities (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, high-tech).
- Design partner-led campaigns that create pipeline, acquire new customers, and grow AVEVA’s brand.
- Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds): evaluate joint plans, track spend, and drive ROI.
- Localize and adapt global partner programs, blending digital and in-person tactics.
- Enable partner success by sharing best practices and advising on marketing approaches.
- Grow and nurture partner and developer communities with localized content and experiences.
- Measure partner marketing performance and continuously refine activities.
What we’re looking for (both roles)
- B2B marketing experience in technology or industrial sectors.
- Strong background in demand generation and campaign execution; data-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and analytics (incl. SEO/SEM).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and content.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Direct Marketing: field marketing, ABM, customer campaigns, events.

Hybrid Working
