The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. 1. You will assist in completing the entry of equipment ledger and equipment document collection.2. You will assist in improving the spare parts management system based on Excel VBA. 3. You will assist in improving the maintenance work order system based on Forms, Power Automate, and SharePoint.4. You will assist in improving the maintenance work order analysis report based on Power BI.5. You will assist in the daily work of the maintenance team.
2. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

4. You can be pursuing bachelor's degree.
5. Hands on experience in programing with Excel VBA.3. Ability to write RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows based on Power Automate.
