Job Description
We are looking for an experienced junior team member who will coordinate, prepare, assist, and communicate across capital transaction processes—especially JV cooperation—for a pipeline of residential development projects in the CEE & Baltic region. The role supports sourcing, transaction execution, investor communications, and due diligence, ensuring alignment with internal governance and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and screening of investment opportunities, including targeted market research and initial go/no-go analysis.
- Prepare investor and internal materials (teasers, presentations, screening memos, key commercial terms/term sheet inputs).
- Coordinate multi-stream due diligence (financial, tax, legal, commercial, technical), including data room and Q&A management.
- Support financial modelling and valuation (project cash flows, JV-level waterfalls, promote structures, sensitivities/scenario analysis).
- Manage execution logistics: transaction timelines, checklists, action trackers, and regular status/risk updates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to align deliverables, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Support drafting/review of JV documentation under senior guidance (SHA/investment agreements, governance frameworks).
- Support closing deliverables and post-closing setup (partner onboarding, governance calendar, reporting templates).

Suitable candidates should have the following level of education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Field Of Study:
- Finance, Economics, Business / Management
Language Skills:
- English – Advanced (B2/C1)
- Additional CEE/Baltic language skills are welcome
Professional Skills:
- Advanced Excel (financial modelling, sensitivities)
- Advanced PowerPoint (investor materials)
- Experience with data rooms and collaboration tools
Personal Qualities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (DCF, comparables, project finance)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive; able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Clear communicator with a structured approach and strong ownership mindset
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated by M&A and real estate transactions
- Familiarity with JV governance concepts (rights, decision matrices, waterfall distributions)
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or real estate investments
- Exposure to capital transactions and JV structuring is required

Salary Range:
- From EUR 1,800
- Final compensation is not tied to the stated salary and depends on the candidate’s experience and years of practice. The position also includes sales commissions and an annual bonus.
